The Study Of Financing Efficiency Of Private Enterprise In Gansu Province

Since reform and opening up,private enterprises have been the mostactive force to promote the development of China's rapid economic, as of now,the national enterprise 80% for private enterprises, private enterprises pay more than 50% of the country's tax revenue, provides more than 80% of the country's jobs, growing at the same time, private in total is faced with financing difficulties, imperfect management system,and to upgrade industrial structure, and many other problems. And financing difficulties, financing costs you have already become thedevelopment of private enterprises become the top priority in the country.Private enterprises in gansu province has been developing rapidly in recent years, gross industrial output value increased year by year, social contribution, but the financing difficult problem becomes more and more prominent, broaden the gansu private enterprises financing channels,promote private enterprise financing efficiency, has become the key to promote the development of economy in gansu province.Combed in this paper, based on the above background, the first part mainly reviews the literature on the problem of the financing efficiency,found on the financing efficiency studies focused on the empirical analysis and the analysis of factors affecting the efficiency of two aspects,and described in the literature are summarized. The second part of this paper briefly summarizes the theory on the problem of the financing efficiency, mainly introduced the modern financing theory, for the later present situation analysis and empirical analysis to provide theoretical support. The third part based on the support of a large amount of data,analyzes the current development present situation, the financing environment of private enterprises in gansu province and the financing structure present situation, facing the financing difficulties of private enterprises in gansu province are summarized, and sums up its causes.The fourth part, the basis of the previous three chapters, the selection of gansu province 11 and 17 private listed companies listed on the new three board of private enterprises as samples, to sample the business enterprise financial data from 2013 to 2015 as input and output variables, using DEA efficiency evaluation method of empirical analysis, and from the overall level of financing efficiency, financing efficiency trends, industry efficiency to compare three aspects to analyze the results. Private enterprises in gansu province, according to the results of the overall financing efficiency is not high, presents the downward trend, and financing efficiency differences between industries. The fifth part puts forward to improve the financing efficiency of advice.
