Based On Industry Characteristics The Influence Of Ownership Structure On Corporate Performance Research

Reform of non-tradable shares of listed companies in our country since 2006,when the reform implementation of decades,the complete ownership structure and corporate performance has been the enterprise managers and the focus of experts and scholars are concerned about.Academic research on relationship between Angle of view is different,the results also vary.In general,however,by looking at the literature found that scholars in the research of the relationship between ownership structure and corporate performance when considering industry factors of literature is not much,in this area did not cause enough attention.If don’t consider when study the relationship between the competitive factors of the industry,and the companies in different industries directly to study together,is likely to cause index of relevant variables influence each other,thus affecting the effectiveness of the corporate ownership structure and corporate performance relationship.Based on the present situation of the listed companies in China as the breakthrough point,combined with the domestic and foreign research present situation,from both theoretical and empirical methods from the ownership concentration and equity balance degree and equity attribute three aspects to research the protective industry in our country and the protective industry the relationship between ownership structure and corporate performance of listed companies.Mainly in theory aspect,analyzes the listed companies in China from 2006 to 2015 as the research object,to analyze the current situation of China’s ownership structure and corporate performance.Based on the empirical aspects mainly by SPSS17.0 software is divided into two parts to the two sex industry and the relationship between ownership structure and corporate performance empirical analysis.First using the correlation analysis of preliminary inference model of relationship between the dependent variable and independent variables,and then a descriptive analysis,for each variable to a preliminary analysis of the model one descriptive statistical of each variable inorder to further illustrate this,further to model a regression analysis to achieve the purpose of the study.Finally,the research conclusion put forward relevant Suggestions.
