Study On Regional Differences And Decomposition Of Minority Economy In Henan Province

Henan Province is a major economic province,but also a province of regional economic differences.With the implementation of the national strategy such as the Central Plains urban agglomeration,the Central Plains Economic Zone,the Airport Economic Experimental Zone,Zheng Bianluo Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone,Henan Province has been divided into different regional economic sectors,from Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration,Southwest,Huang Huai four city four plate division("The plan for building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way in Henan Province"),to the core driven,the development of the shaft,the node to enhance and docking the surrounding "one pole three laps eight belt" Group development pattern(Henan Provincial Party Committee of the Eleventh Plenary Session),to the "three districts and a group"(airports,independent innovation demonstration area,free trade area,the Central Plains urban agglomeration),there are debates in the theoretical community of the differences of regional economic in Henan Province,and the recognition also continue to deepen,which fully shows the huge differences in the regional economy in Henan Province.This awareness of the regional economy more emphasis on the level of regional economic development and economic functions of different regions,but the understanding of the regional economy is not only a perspective,these studies cover up other differences in understanding of regional economic differences.The Central Plains region is also big province of ethnic minorities,there are three urban ethnic areas,21 ethnic townships,more than 800 ethnic villages,18 cities are distributed.Ethnic minorities economic has distinctive characteristics,and it is the important component of the regional economic development in Henan Province.On the other hand,the economic development of ethnic minorities in some areas is faster and the local industry has a complete industrial chain or ethnic characteristic industry.However,the economic development of ethnic minorities in some areas is lagging behind,and the economic development of ethnic minorities in different cities is not balanced.Because of these characteristics,the minority economy can be used as an important perspective to understand the regional economic differences in Henan Province.Based on the minority economy as a research perspective,first of all,introduce minority economy basic concepts,the relevant theories of regional economic differences and the regional economic differences and industry decomposition research literature review,etc.Secondly,the spatial and temporal evolution of regional economic differences in Henan Province from 2005 to 2013 is analyzed.First,the index is the proportion of the per capita GDP of the minority nationalities in the cities and counties,the time nodes are 2005,2009 and 2013,using ArcGIS software to analyze the spatial evolution pattern of ethnic minorities in Henan Province.The second is to use the absolute difference and relative difference analysis method to analyze the regional economic differences in time series.Finally,based on the research on the relationship between industrial structure evolution and regional economic disparity,this paper studies the industrial disintegration of ethnic minorities in Henan province by using the method of decomposition of Gini coefficient industry.And from the development of minority village economy,narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas in the development of ethnic minorities,optimization the national economy industry,And put forward the policy suggestions to promote the coordinated development of regional economic disparities of ethnic minorities in Henan Province.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,with a minority national economy to see Henan,Henan formed a marginal edge of the economic edge of the "center" to the economic core areas as the "edge" of the "center-edge" spatial structure,which is the overall situation of regional economic differences in Henan on the contrary.Anyang,Hebi,Luohe,Jiaozuo and other marginal areas of Henan economy,the economic development of ethnic minorities is better,is the center of the minority economy in Henan Province.Zhengzhou,Kaifeng,Luoyang,Xinxiang,Xuchang and other economic areas of Henan,ethnic minority economy is more backward,become the marginal area of Henan ethnic minority economy.Second,the regional economic development level of Henan ethnic minority areas,urban and rural income and industrial structure of the imbalance is more prominent,regional economic differences.From the perspective of regional economic development,the absolute differences in the economic growth of ethnic minorities in various cities have been widening,the relative differences have declined and the national economic development is not balanced.From the difference of urban and rural income,the disposable income of minority residents,But the growth rate of disposable income of ethnic minority urban residents was significantly faster.From the point of view of industrial structure change,the industrial composition was "231" structure,and the income of urban residents was significantly higher than that of urban residents' But the industrial structure of the city's national economy is quite different,the industrial structure is not reasonable,Anyang,Hebi,Jiaozuo and other national economic development in the secondary industry was significantly faster than other cities.Thirdly,the imbalance between urban and rural areas is the main reason for the uneven income of ethnic minority areas in Henan Province.The change of industrial concentration effect is the main factor of the change of ethnic minorities in Henan province.Among them,the inequality of income between urban and urban areas is the main reason for the imbalance in urban and rural areas.The structural factors that cause the regional economic disparity of Henan ethnic minority economy are mainly the effect of industrial concentration and the change of concentration effect of non-agricultural industry.Regional economic differences have greater impact.From the results of industrial decomposition,the urban differences of the secondary industry in the minority economy play a decisive role in the economic differences,which reflects the different levels of economic industrialization of ethnic minorities in various regions and become an important factor in the regional economy.Industry second.Among
