Role Of Farmer Cooperative Organization Of Qinhuangdao City In Agriculture Industrialization

With the deep implementation of the transformation strategy of market economy system and the rapid development of agricultural industrialization,the development of rural economy plays an important role in the development of national economy.As an important organization form of promoting the development of rural economy and accelerating the process of agricultural industrialization,farmer cooperatives must take on more functions and responsibilities and play a driving role.In recent years,the rapid development of agriculture industrialization in Qinhuangdao,farmers cooperatives in the development of agricultural industrialization during this period played a crucial role and had the impacts of the promotion.Local governmentin Qinhuangdao actively explored the path of comprehensive reform in the farmers cooperatives and innovated cooperative organization system,which have made significant progress both in theory and in practice.At the same time,there were still some problems to be solved in the process of agriculture industrialization in Qinhuangdao.In view of this,after visiting the farmers cooperatives in Qinhuangdao city and collecting the literature data,this paper analyzes the basic situation of the development of farmer cooperatives in Qinhuangdao city in recent years.Meanwhile,combined with typical cases,the paper analyzes the problems of farmer cooperatives during the development of agricultural industrialization in Qinhuangdao city.Then by reference to the farmers cooperative development experience of other regions in China,aiming at the existing problems,the pater puts forward seven points about how to develop farmer cooperatives positively and push the agricultural industrialization,in order to promote the innovation of theory,practice and system in agricultural industrialization,and promote agricultural industrialization in Qinhuangdao city and the quality of development of farmer cooperatives.
