Research On The Development Of Commercial Health Insurance From The Perspective Of Healthy China

Health is the foundation of personal growth and happy life,an important symbol of national prosperity and people's happiness.For the developing China,investing people's health and improving national quality is not only an important part to meet the urgent needs of people,ensure and improve people's livelihood,but also an important strategic measure to deal with the fierce international competition and realize Chinese dream.Started in 1980,the commercial health insurance in our country has the history of more than 30 years.But it has been at a standstill.With the issuance of 2006 "Health insurance management method",which stipulated the range of commercial health insurance and assorted the relevant law,the commercial health insurance ushered in a development opportunity.But because the relationship between the basic medical insurance and it is not clear and people do not understand the commercial health insurance,the insurance couldn't get great development.Then China put forward "Health China" concept in 2012,positioned the commercial health insurance as an important pillar of the medical security system in 2014 and further rose the "promoting the construction of Health China" to the national strategy height in 2015,thus the commercial health insurance ushered in an unprecedented development opportunity.The "difficult medical services and expensive medical cost"problem in our country can't be solved and the guarantee ability of the basic medical insurance is insufficient,indicating that commercial health insurance will stand on the stage of history.From the Perspective of health China,this paper selects the commercial health insurance as the research object to discuss the future development road of commercial health insurance.This paper firstly defines and discusses the scope of the commercial health insurance,distinguishes several life insurance and basic medical insurance that people are familiar with but don't understand and expounds the basic theory of the commercial health insurance;secondly,it studies the present situation of long-term care insurance in China and analyzes the existing problems of the commercial health insurance in the development process from four aspects,demand,supply,business scale and regional development;then,it analyzes the commercial health insurance system in the United States,Britain and Germany,compares the health insurance system in the three countries and sunmarizes the development experience of commercial health insurance system in foreign developed countries;finally,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions from the insurance institutions,national level and social level for the commercial health insurance system in our country.It aims at promoting the development of commercial health insurance in our country through trilateral cooperation.
