KK company,which is a global famous auto parts manufacturing enterprises,occupies a certain portion in the domestic and foreign markets.But with market competition increasingly intensifying in Chinese auto industry,KK company has faced more severe competition comes from domestic and foreign competitors,which makes KK company suffer from great competition pressure.KK company not only need maintain existing customers in the mature market,but also need continuously forge ahead and enhance enterprise competitiveness.In this case,how to improve customer satisfaction will be the key to improve its products and competitiveness.Customer satisfaction is a kind of level of the customer feel,refers to expectations before buying products or services in contrast to the customer evaluation after actual use of the product or service.For enterprise,customer satisfaction reflects the extent of meeting customer requirement which enterprise provides products and services.It is an important indicator to measure enterprise product quality,service quality and management level.Analytic hierarchy process(APH)is a kind of using decision analysis technology,from one access point of enterprise to start to tease all kinds of factors of affecting this access point.Through investigation statistics,combining with analytic hierarchy process(APH)to establish the analysis model,which can more accurately analyze the customer satisfaction of KK company.Help KK company upgrade market competitiveness.This paper,considering the actual situation of KK company,through analyze KK company existing joint ventures and independent enterprise two broad categories of customers,establishes a suitable customer satisfaction measurement model for KK company,determines the customer satisfaction influence factors and the degree of influence.First using the analytic hierarchy process to measure customer satisfaction,then through sampling,investigation and statistics main customers of KK company,to obtain KK enterprise customer satisfaction situation.The conclusion of this paper is:It is feasible and effective to use analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to analyse KK company customer satisfaction,and the analysis method and evaluation system is universal operably for enterprise.
