Research On An Analysis Of The Financing Efficiency Of The New-Three-Board Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises In Gansu Province

With the increasing proportion of small and medium-sized enterprises in China's economic development,the status of small and medium-sized enterprises is more and more stable,their contribution to China's economic development is growing,based on this,our government have introduced a lot of policy to support and promote the development of small and medium enterprises,Such as increase financial support for small and medium enterprises;support to speed up technological transformation.Although these policies have helped the development of small and medium-sized enterprises to a certain extent,there is no fundamental solution to the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises.As we all know,the new-three-board and mother-board,small and medium-board,together constitute China's capital market.Today,the new-three-board represents a very rapid development of the market,the financing conditions of listing in new-three-board are not high,which provides a new way of thinking to solve the financing problem for small and medium enterprises.Small and medium enterprises of Gansu Province,as an important part of the province's market economy,play an important role in promoting Gansu Province's economic growth and improving the level of employment of Gansu Province.However,in recent years,the high cost of financing and the lack of financing way are the biggest problemswhich restrict the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the financing problems and how to improve the financing efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises in Gansu Province.In the process of writing,this paper first introduces some basic concepts,and then selects several aspects to illustrate the financing status of small and medium-sized enterprises in the new-three-board market in Gansu Province,and then use 2014-2016 as the interval sample and compare it with comparative analysis method.The paper analyzes the influencing factors by using the empirical model to explain the financing efficiency of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Gansu Province,and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the financing efficiency of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Gansu Province:to strengthen the small and medium-sized enterprises as the core Multi-level capital market construction efforts,to improve the quality of small and medium-sized enterprises in Gansu Province.
