Research On The Applicability Of Parternership In Chinese Security Companies

Security company is an important part of capital markets,and it plays an vital role in valid financing and prosperity of capital markets in our country.The construction of our capital marketing,the birth and development of security company are all start with the implementation of reform and opening up policy.At present,security companies in our country are normally organized in corporations:limited liability company and stock corporation.In 2015,the draft revision on Security Law of our country allows to establish partnership security enterprise in legal level.The building and developing of some famous international investment banks in America are all owe to partnership.On that account,the author chooses the applicability of partnership in our country's security companies as the research subject.It's not only beneficial for the construction of partnership security enterprises in legal level in theoretical aspect,but also for further promotion of healthy and thriving development of our country's partnership security enterprises in practical aspect.This thesis is based on theories of property ownership,principal-agent and incentive.The analysis methods of theoretical analysis,comparative analysis and case analysis are adopted.Firstly,it analyzes historical development and current situation of security companies and problems with current organization form.Secondly,it thoroughly analyzes the positive effects of partnership by using the case of Goldman Sachs.Then,by considering the applicability of interior governance and external environment,it analyzes the introduction of interior governance of partnership in security companies with the applicability and inapplicability of it are showed separately.Afterwards,it comes to a conclusion that partnership is applicable to security companies in our country.Finally,it analyzes problems that may companied with the application procedure of partnership in security companies in our country,and raises countermeasures and suggestions as correspond solving strategies.
