With the development of China's economy,the growth of the national economy and the improvement of the living standards of the people,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.Traditional marketing methods have no significant effect on the development of service industry.In order to retain customers,to improve customer satisfaction,to make the enterprise develop in the competitive environment,relationship marketing is essential,but how to implement relationship marketing requires enterprises to make reasonable planning according to their own situation.In this paper,the Dalian Holiday Inn as an example of its research and analysis for the implementation of the hotel marketing to provide some reference.The article summarize the related theories and development of relationship marketing at domestic and abroad,compare the relationship between relationship marketing with traditional marketing,expounds the level of relationship marketing and the concept of market segmentation,segmentation methods and significance.This paper takes Dalian Holiday Inn as the research object,analyzes the marketing status of Dalian Holiday Inn from the basic situation of the hotel,market segmentation,the advantages of the hotel as well as the existing problems in the hotel marketing analyzes the marketing status of Dalian Holiday Inn.To determine the dalian holiday inn relationship marketing system indicators by using Delphi method and to judge the rationality of the system by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The last,implementation of security measures is given in the process of system...
