Research On Cost Analysis Of Wind Power Companies And Its Application Based On Life Cycle

With the vigorous development of the wind power industry in China,it is more and more important to operate and maintain the wind power equipment,the 13 th Five-Year Plan proposed scale oriented will no longer be the development mode of wind power in China,but pay more attention to the quality of the upgrade and optimize and adjust the layout of wind power construction to promote wind power from complementary energy into alternative energy.But for the wind power enterprise,economy is the key factor that restricts the development of wind power,operation and maintenance of wind power equipment is also lack of systematic and predictable management system.With the high investment,high cost of operation and maintenance,long service time of the equipment,these require enterprises conduct cost management from life cycle perspective to reduce the life cycle cost and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the wind power industry.The contents and results of research are as follows:First,researched on the theory of life cycle cost at domestic and abroad,combined with the current situation of the cost analysis and management of wind power enterprises in China,analyzed the problems and causes of the traditional cost management methods,finally pointed out the advantages of the whole life cycle cost management.Secondly,analyzed the life cycle cost of wind power enterprise equipment from the activity project,cost type and life cycle.Constructed of the life cycle cost estimation model of wind power enterprise equipment,the practicability and the scientific of the model are verified by the empirical analysis of the 30 MW project in a wind farm.Finally,according to the wind power equipment life cycle cost analysis results,pointed out the difficulties of the life cycle cost management of wind power equipment enterprise,and put forward corresponding implementation strategies for cost management.At present we reduce the cost of the wind power enterprises in adjusting policies or improving the localization of wind power equipment.In this paper,the cost of wind power enterprise equipment is analyzed from the perspective of life cycle,which can control the cost in all directions,all costs and the whole process,so as to reduce the cost of wind power enterprises.
