Research On The Listing Scheme Of Jiangsu Bank

In recent years,China's city commercial banks as the backbone of China's financial market,ride the wind and waves in the wave of reform.The Bank of Jiangsu in August 2,2016 successfully listed on the main board of landing,this is since 2007,nearly ten years,the first successful listing of city commercial banks,and attracted more attention to the development of city commercial banks,and its good performance after promoting the listing process,other quality of city commercial banks.In this paper,the Bank of Jiangsu as a case study,focusing on the three aspects of the pre IPO performance,the listing process and the situation after the listing of a detailed analysis.In this paper,the horizontal and vertical comparative analysis,financial analysis and quantitative and qualitative analysis,in which the horizontal and vertical comparative analysis through the full text.Analysis of pre IPO performance,do a detailed analysis of the financial and the operation state and the other three listed city commercial banks compared the operating conditions of the Bank of Jiangsu itself,with the horizontal and vertical alignment of the position of Bank of Jiangsu in the industry;the listing process analysis,the main analysis of the bank of Jiangsu listed site selection mode and pricing and,with other listed city commercial banks,comparative analysis of the development situation;after the listing,analysis of financial indicators listed and business development,combined with the analysis and other listed city commercial contrast.The final conclusion of this paper: the Bank of Jiangsu after the listing compared to before listing in the performance and management aspects of a certain breakthrough and progress,through this research and analysis,hoping to provide some qualification of similar city firm listed reference.
