Private Equity originated from American.During nearly fifty years of development,it have become the important financing method succeeded to bank loans and IPO in America.It had been shown to promote economic development,which was followed by other countries.The Private Equity of our country develops relatively late,which gained rapid development until 1990 s after the government had begun to support the development of Private Equity.Hereafter,local government established many government guiding fund to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.Because of the short time development of Private Equity in our country,the Private Equity fund include winners and sinners.When some Private Equity funds select the projects,the evaluation indexes of project is simple and can't become a system.Therefore,there are necessary to write article to study the evaluation indexes of project.This article attempt to establish a system of the evaluation indexes of project through a case analysis of Private Equity investment.These evaluation indexes derive from the research findings of domestic and foreign scholars about venture investment and personal work practice.In order to elaborate the application of the evaluation indexes,this article choose a specific case and use these evaluation indexes to analyze this case.Finally,the article provide the decision of investment's feasibility.The article's idea of writing is that the chapter one is a brief introduction of the background,the meaning,and the innovation and shortages,the chapter two mainly establish a system of the evaluation indexes of project,the chapter three is the case analysis,which reveal the application of the evaluation indexes of project,the chapter four is the conclusion,which provide the decision of investment's feasibility.
