A Study On The Influence Of Listed Company Management Characteristic To Enterprise Performance Research In The Real Estate Industry Of China

since the impergium,Textile industry,this traditional industry plays a irreplaceable role in human civilization,the textile industry in the industrial age develops rapid,now our country has become the world's largest textile production base,owes some of the world famous national enterprise,the development of the textile industry is related to the development of the national economy.But with the intensifying of competition and the deepening of economic globalization,our country's textile industry is facing the double pressure of their own development and response to market competition.The senior management team of an enterprise,is not only a combination of resources,knowledge and ability,and is the key of enterprise strategic advantages,they control the enterprise's business model and major investment management decision-making,etc.,the company's profit and development have a certain influence.This article selects 35 of our country's textile industry listed companies as the research object,from the team background features,team motivation and constraint features three perspective,research the senior management team characteristics and the relationship between the corporate performance.This paper USES SPSS19.0 and Eviews software to analyze the factor and analyze the data from the sample.The empirical results showed that the average age and heterogeneity of the senior management team were significantly negatively correlated with the performance of the enterprise.The average tenure of an executive team is positively correlated with corporate performance,while the heterogeneity of tenure is negatively correlated with corporate performance.;The proportion of independent directors and the separation between the chairman and the general manager are positively correlated with the performance of the enterprise;There is no correlation between other variables and performance.
