In an increasingly competitive global auto market, as China's auto 4 s shops in the field of circulation characteristic pattern, obtained the rapid development in recent years.How to develop and develop their own service is the first task of brand marketing srategy. Automotive product development to a certain extent, manufacturing technology dif- erence is not large, so the car market more need from products to services. The current customer service has been a strategic ace automobile 4 s shops or automobile dealers, we will find the dealer after comprehensive balance mainly from the interests of customers, better service to customers, recognised by customers can get the sustaining longlongterm interests. Demand for cars increase, resulting in a variety of car brands,growing competition between competition become more abundant, automobile industry marketing strategy is becoming more and more important. We should follow the service tenet of audi factory, change the management idea, by the user as the center, set up the basic concept of "relationship marketing", maintain good key users, users and cultivate loyal customers. Only car brand and marketing brand organic combination to achieve the highest levels of brand marketing. Therefore, 4 s shops must focus on creating and maintaining their own brand, strengthen the enterprise culture, improve the service consciousness. Good market analysis the status quo advantages and disadvantages with the cross-town rival analysis, understand customer behind the real demand,differentiated ser- vice to enable enterprises to achieve more profits.The purpose of this thesis is based on the automobile 4 S marketing strategy research, through the status quo and the problems existing in the marketing management,find out the crux of the problem, further put forward targeted feasible implementing scheme, make the city with the brand automobile 4 S shops can gain advantage in competition, eventually increase the profit of the enterprise, promote enterprise healthy and sustainable development.According to the results of analysis, this paper combined with China's auto market and auto 4 s shops management present situation and the status quo of city with brand 4 s shops, and put forward the corresponding marketing strategy: differentiation marketing, relationship marketing, precision marketing, service marketing, etc., which provide t- he theory for the 4 s shop management and practice of reference and help.
