Research On The Impact Of “reform Of The Camp” On The Finance Of Binzhou City

Since VAT on business tax reform,increase effectives of positive fiscal policy,also,it is one important measures to carry forward Supply-side reform,it is the largest reform measures to cut tax,meanwhile,it is the reforms of fiscal and taxation systems' highlight of the present government,involving many interests.Through carful design and actively and steadily push forward,so far,remarkable results have been achieved.Nationwide already cut tax 1.6trillion RMB,especially,push VAT on business tax reform completely since 2016-05-01,by the end of 2017-06-30 cut tax 8500 billion RMB,the goal of tax decrease without increase has been achieved.This for deepen the reform of the fiscal and taxation systems,push forward structure unity and simplicity tax system,avoid repeat to tax,lighten the burden of enterprises and the masses,lengthen the industrial chain,broaden the tax base,implement the innovation driven development strategy,promote new energy to increase and industry to upgrade,export to employment,that serves multiple ends,not only support for economic development today,but also maintain rapid economic growth in long-term and add power to raise economic level.To the subject characteristics,I use literature research method,quantitative analysis method,quantitative analysis method and other research methods,use VAT on business tax reform' influence as main line.First,hold the reform as the current macro-economic of our country.Second,from microcosmic angle to show VAT on business tax reform what to do Binzhou' economic,to analysis unresolved problems of initial stage of reform,consist of tax cuts,increasing pressure on fiscal expenditure,increasing difficulty of tax and so on.And then,propose countermeasures for related problems.I do my best by means of this research bring some useful references and thinking.
