Research On Cost Control Of GD Company

With the development of information technology and the popularity of electronic products,today,China has developed into the world's first electro-acoustic device production and processing center,self-developed and mastered the electro-acoustic devices from parts to finished products of all production technology,And has formed a complete production of electro-acoustic devices industrial system and improve the industrial chain.In recent years,with the continued spread of the global financial crisis,the overall domestic electro-acoustic industry is not optimistic.More and more companies like GD are more aware of the importance of procurement costs in the company's total cost,as GD companies in the procurement cost control there are many problems,such as supplier evaluation and selection issues,procurement staff management issues And so on,with the long production and operation,are slowly exposed out of the company's normal operation,causing the company's high-level attention and reflection.In this paper,GD company as the research object,the supply chain theory and TCO procurement total cost theory as the theoretical basis.First of all,the procurement of PP company's cost control status analysis,on the one hand introduced the company's procurement cost structure was described,on the other hand from the procurement process,cost control status and supplier management and other aspects of a detailed description.Secondly,through the analysis of the current situation of purchasing cost control,we find that GD has problems in purchasing cost control and analyzed the causes.Finally,through the establishment of a sound GD company procurement cost control of the relevant system and for new countermeasures to strengthen the GD company's procurement costs control,improve procurement efficiency and procurement cost control level,thereby reducing the company's total cost and improve the company's competition force.
