With the continuous development of web2.0,social network is more and more in-depth way of changing people’s life and work.Spawning enterprise social network brought new opportunities for manager,at the same time,also brings the challenge to their.If used properly,the enterprise employees share knowledge,experience and ideas in the enterprise social network site.It will improve the efficiency of the enterprise staff communication,and benefit to the development the enterprise culture,strengthen the cohesion among employees,so as to promote the improvement of employee performance.If use undeserved,it will play the opposite role.Based on this,the paper research content mainly includes the following two aspects:(1)The effect of Employees’ different SNS Participated way their Job Performance.Employees SNS participated behavior can be divided into information acquisition behavior,information sharing behavior and general online participation behavior,at the same time,joined the moderator,and build the regression analysis model,in order to test the performance of different behavior of employees work performance.(2)The effect of Employees’ different SNS behavioral motive their Job Performance.In this paper,four different motivation behavior can be divided into work related information sharing behavior,leisure related information sharing behavior,work related information acquisition behavior,leisure related information acquisition behavio,at the same time to join the regulating variable,establish a hierarchical regression model.In order to study the effect of different behavioral motivation on its performance.The study found that the overall online behavior has a positive effect on work performance.Specifically,Information acquisition behavior has a positive effect on performance,information sharing behavior has a negative effect on performance,the more employee’s access to SNS in work time,the weak positive influence that online access behavior of on work performance.Work related information acquisition behavior,leisure related information acquisition behavior has a positive effect on work performance,and work related information sharing behavior,leisure information sharing behavior have a negative impact on work performance.At the same time,according to moderator,the higher the participation of work related information acquisition behavior and leisure related information acquisition behavior occurred in the working hours,the weaker the positive effects that the Work related information acquisition behavior will bring to it work performance.The purpose of this paper is to study the impact of employees’ online behavior in the enterprise social network on their performance,in order to find the value of enterprise social network brought to the enterprise.In order to provide reference for enterprise managers and researchers...
