Fuxin New Mart shopping plaza in Fuxin city is representative of a set of dining,shopping,leisure,entertainment and other functions in one of the shopping center.After years of development,from the initial to the steady growth of the current operating difficulties,the development of Fuxin New Mart led to the commercial prosperity of Fuxin city.But with all kinds of shopping center into the blowout era,with the electricity supplier impact on the traditional sales channels increased,Fuxin New Mart shopping plaza is facing fierce competition in the external environment,but also facing the problem of internal management of the brand in the homogenization serious,format layout is not reasonable,the function of the project is not perfect,the degree of fine management is insufficient.Therefore,it is of vital importance for enterprises to develop their strategies and adjust their management ideas for the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.In view of the above difficulties,research status of research at home and abroad using the method of literature research,using PEST analysis,five forces model analysis method to analyze the internal conditions and external environment of Fuxin New Mart shopping plaza.Based on the analysis of the current development of Fuxin New Mart shopping plaza,pointed out the existing internal management in the brand level,no need to adjust the industry structure and related business projects is relatively simple and extensive management and implementation of the system is not in place and other issues,through SWOT analysis,the strategic choice for Fuxin New Mart shopping plaza is the implementation of diversified development strategy.Put forward the implementation of security measures of diversified development strategy of Fuxin New Mart shopping plaza:adjust the format of proportion,the development of diversified projects;optimize brand structure,solve product homogenization serious situation;highlight the"experiential" consumption characteristics;to strengthen the construction of network marketing platform;enhance the company team execution,strictly implement the rules and regulations of the company;the company upgrade the members of the management.To solve the bottleneck of the development of Fuxin New Mart shopping plaza,enhance its core competitive ability,has certain theoretical guidance and practical significance.
