The Theoretical And Empirical Study Of The Economic Effect Of Urbanization

Urbanization is the inevitable course to modernization in the economic society.Nowadays,in the phase of the acceleration of urbanization,China has expanded its level from 19.92% in 1978 to 57.35% in 2016.The require of “Five in One,Four Modernizations Synchronization”,which proposed in the 18 th National Congress of CPC,has conducted a higher request for our country's new urbanization.In the rapid development stage of urbanization,many resource-based cities face a sharp problem which the urbanization level is significantly behind second industry development.Under this background,this paper selects Linfen city in Shanxi Province as a typical resource-based city,to study the relationship between urbanization and economic development on the basis of a comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the economic society.First of all,this paper builds the theoretical model between theory of urbanization and economic growth by referencing the relation theories,so as to provide theoretical reference for the put forward of policy recommendations later.This paper puts forward the effect of urbanization on economic growth,transformation and investment in the region,which provides a theoretical model for the policy suggestions in the future.This paper analyzes the present situation of urbanization and economic development in Linfen,and summarizes the problems arising from the development process.At the end of the paper using VAR model,impulse response analysis to the transformation of the growth of the urbanization effect of Linfen,effect and investment effect is analyzed,in order to from the Angle of theory and empirical analysis of the economic effect of urbanization of Linfen,according to the analysis results to evaluate the economic effect of urbanization at the present stage.Through the analysis of the economic effects of the urbanization of Linfen,we draw the conclusion: first,the growth of the urbanization of Linfen effect: Linfen city in the speeding up of urbanization promotes the economic growth,but the economy in turnfor urbanization drive ability is not strong.The urbanization in Linfen is immediately affected by economic growth,and the impact of urbanization on the economy is greater than the impact of economic growth on urbanization.the transformation of the urbanization of Linfen,extractive industry output value proportion in Linfen city urbanization drive ability is not strong,in turn,the urbanization process to a great extent,and so did the extractive industry output value increase.In the process of the urbanization process of the driving,mining output hindered the process of urbanization.Second,increasing mining professionals for urbanization drive capacity is not big,but the urbanization process is accelerated,make mining professionals have proliferated.Finally,the transformation of industrial structure in the process of urbanization speed up the effect is not obvious,but the urbanization drive industry by the first is always the second and third industry structure optimization.Finally,the investment effect of urbanization in Linfen city is that the investment of urbanization and fixed assets is a two-way causality.Urbanization effects on the investment in fixed assets is produced immediately,and obvious effects,in turn,the effects on the urbanization lag of investment in fixed assets,the effect is not obvious.According to the above research conclusion,in order to optimize the economic effect of urbanization of Linfen,paper puts forward some Suggestions,such as: to promote coordinated development of urbanization and economy,accelerating the development of industrial structure transformation,adjust the investment structure.
