With the social development and the innovation of science and technology,people's work and life problems are becoming more and more serious.The pressure of work and life in the workplace is a common concern of people.The research on how to maintain work-life balance has attracted more and more business practitioners and academic interest,but Leadership is one of the important factors that can't be ignored in the work-life balance.Based on the stakeholder theory,responsible leadership pays attention to employees' work and life needs.Therefore,based on such background,the purpose of this study is to focus on the relationship among the three aspects of the leader of work-life balance,responsible leadership,and employees of work-life balance,for the first time to explore whether the leader's work-life balance will have a trickle down effect on subordinates' work-life balance,based on this research creatively explore responsible leadership front-end factors-the leader's work-life balance how to influence work-life balance of employees,responsible leadership behavior and their the mediation mechanism.Research process and methods of this article:First of all,on the basis of combing the relevant literature on responsible leadership and work-life balance,we draw up the two interview outlines,a version for the leadership,a second version for employees.10 professionals of Shenzhen and Wuhan have invited for work-life balance topic for in-depth interviews.The in-depth interviews were divided into leaders and employees.Interview object involved in construction,robot,insurance,electronics and other industries.This study of respondents take one-on-one interviews or telephone interviews,and in the case of permission to the recording of the whole process of interview,the interview time is an average of about 15 to 30 minutes,finally formed more than 3800 words of the original data.Secondly,based on the original information collected in this study,this follow the grounded theory research methods for collection and analysis procedures and steps,and key elements effectively mining the statement,and fully show the logical relationship between elements,finally completed the construction of the whole model.The conclusions of this study are as follows:first,responsible leadership positively influence employees' work-life balance,responsible leadership through trust,psychological empowerment,organizational identification,organizational justice to improve employees' work-life balance;second,the leader's work-life balance significantly affect employee work-life balance,which communication,organizational culture and positive emotions play an intermediary role;third,the leader's work-life balance influence responsible leadership behavior,the leader of the work life balance is the main influence on the responsibility of leadership behavior through the leader's achievement motivation.
