The Spillover Effects Of E-business On Labor Productivity

With the rapid development of information technology and Internet,e-commerce has also been applied to all aspects of the society and life.As the latest product information technology,the application of e-commerce can reduce the operating costs of enterprises,optimize resources allocation,accelerating the transmission of information.E-business can promote the development of economic.Does the development and application of electronic business will influence the social labor productivity? at the same time,based on the perspective of network externalities,e-business has spillover effect,does the spillover effects of e-business have impact on labor productivity? Then we learn some theory of our questions.including the influence factors of labor productivity,e-commerce and spillover effects,etc.Then we chose a panel-data from 2013-2015 in our country,the data is about 31 province.We use panel data regression analysis,analyze the effect of e-business to the labor productivity.Then we use SDM to analyze the spillover effect of e-business.We set up 4 space weight matrix by geography distance,economic distance,neighbouring area and virtual network space.to explore the influencing factors of e-business' spatial spillover effects.The empirical results shows that the electronic business has spatial spillover effects,and it was correlated with economic development,and the result shows:(1)With more and more firm used e-business,the labor productivity increased.(2)The spillover effect of e-business was remarkable.(3)The spillover effect of e-business is more based on the virtual network space,it reflects the network externality characteristics of the electronic business.(4)the main factors influencing the electronic business network externality is the number of nodes in the network,that is electronic business activities of companies,the next is e-business transactions.At last,we give some suggestions based on the research conclusion,the enterprise can using e-business resources and strengthen their contact with the electronic business and so on,the government can strengthening the construction of infrastructure of electricity and strengthen the information development.
