Xi'an Tianqi Budget Management Improvement Program Research

This paper takes Xi'an TQ Certified Public Accountants as an example for researching how to improve the enterprise budget management mode in Amoeba's mode.Firstly,according to the budget management theory and application case of amoeba,providing theoretical support for this paper.Then,after the analysis for the status of business development and budget management in Xi'an TQ,summed up the problem of budget management level cannot meet the needs of the business development,and put forward to improve the level of internal management level by optimizing budget management And then,this paper further articulates the research on the improvement scheme for budget management in Amoeba's mode.Successively discussed how to carry out the construction of budget organization system,budget preparation,budget analysis and implementation,budget assessment and evaluation,providing a feasible solution for the implementation of the Amoeba budget in Xi'an TQ.Finally put forward the corresponding security measures for the implementation of the Amoeba budget,improve the operability of the scheme for improvement.This thesis combined Amoeba's mode with the budget management,not only created a space to improve the budget for the Xi'an TQ,but also provides a starting point for the import of Amoeba's mode.In the discussion of the improvement scheme for budget management in Xi'an TQ,the author puts forward many management recommendations that can promote business development,also hope that such management suggestions can provide a more broad perspective for enhancing the level of internal management in Xi'an TQ,contribute to implementation of building the domestic first-class professional service team.
