Research On Impact Mechanism Of Corporate Voluntary Service On Inclusive Innovation

In the process of corporate voluntary service,the enterprise and will have extensive contact with the recipients,it is worth studying deeply what the influence of corporate voluntary service on information acquisition,application and integration of resources.This research takes the enterprise as the research object,regards it as the main body of behavior,this paper probes into the mechanism of the influence of the corporate voluntary service on the enterprise inclusive innovation.Through reviewing and thinking about the previous research theories,focus on the problems to be solved,combined with the characteristics of inclusive innovation,This research has constructed the three-dimensional structure of enterprise inclusive innovation,and the model of the influence of the corporate voluntary service and the enterprise inclusive innovation.Through the following research contents,the influence mechanism of corporate voluntary service on inclusive innovation is realized.(1)It confirms the three-dimensional structure of enterprise inclusive innovation.In the past,most of the researches on inclusive innovation take the low income group as the starting point and ignore the main role of the enterprise,and lack of operational definition,through literature and case study.Based on the framework of "Sense-Response",this paper defines the theoretical connotation and internal structure of enterprise inclusive innovation,The three dimensions of "perception,Interpretation and response" are extracted,and an empirical test is conducted by questionnaire.(2)This paper reveals that the effect of the voluntary service on the inclusive innovation of enterprises,and the role of information acquisition(absorptive capacity)and resource integration(cognitive corporate social capital)in this relationship.Research on the influence of corporate voluntary service on enterprise inclusive innovation,the key to inclusive innovation is to obtain BOP market information and local resources,In this study,we select the absorptive capacity and cognitive social capital as the breakthrough point,we construct the model of the mechanism of corporate voluntary service to the enterprise inclusive innovation,and the relationshipbetween voluntary service,absorptive capacity,cognitive corporate social capital and enterprise inclusive innovation is verified.The data were collected through questionnaire survey,and the results were verified by multiple regression analysis,Through the intermediary role of absorptive capacity and cognitive corporate social capital,corporate voluntary service has a significant indirect effect on enterprise inclusive innovation.In summary,the confirmation of the measurement index of enterprise inclusive innovation,makes it possible to explore impact mechanism of corporate voluntary service on inclusive innovation.This study has refined the understanding of the relationship between corporate voluntary service and enterprise inclusive innovation,and has showed the effect mechanism of corporate voluntary service on enterprise inclusive innovation.
