Research On Technology Innovation Efficiency And Its Influencing Factors Of State Owned High Tech Enterprises

Remarkable achievements have been made in the reform of state owned enterprises.But in the aspect of enterprise technology innovation,although in recent years,state-owned enterprises continue to increase investment in innovative resources,the innovation output did not meet expectations.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the efficiency of technology innovation of state-owned enterprises.High tech industry as high-tech industrial clusters,has the characteristics of rapid technological innovation.Accordingly,the research on technology innovation efficiency of state-owned high-tech enterprises can reflect the status of innovation of state-owned enterprises to a certain extent,and provide theoretical guidance to enhance the innovation ability of stateowned enterprises.In this paper,we take the state-owned high-tech enterprises as the research object.Firstly,review the existing research,analyze the development status of state-owned high-tech enterprises,and construct the index system of efficiency evaluation.Secondly,Secondly,using the DEA-Malmquist analysis method to measure the technological innovation efficiency of state owned high tech Enterprises,and compared with nonstate owned high tech enterprises.Finally,the Tobit regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of the technological innovation efficiency of stateowned high-tech enterprises.The research shows that the state-owned high-tech enterprises were different in different areas.The overall technological innovation efficiency of state-owned hightech enterprises was better than that of high technology industry,which was mainly caused by the difference of technical variables.But in the aspect of technical efficiency,the state-owned high-tech enterprises were pulling down the level of innovation efficiency of high-tech industry.In terms of impact factors,government subsidies was not conducive to the technological innovation efficiency of state-owned high-tech enterprises,the degree of industrial agglomeration in the long term was conducive to technological innovation to enhance the efficiency of economic openness,the efficiency of technological innovation of state-owned high-tech enterprises has a significant positive impact.
