The traditional network plan for the actual implementation of the project immediately before and after the work of the transfer time is not considered,does not meet the engineering practice.In order to solve the problem,many scholars and researchers at home and abroad will be relay technology ideas applied to the progress of the project management,and achieved a lot of good results.But their research focus is mainly focused on the progress of a separate variable research,few people will be associated with the cost of cost,quality after the discussion,which can not meet the needs of project management.The duration,cost and quality of the project are the three major elements of the project.The interrelationships between the elements and the influence of any factor will cause the effect of the whole body and affect the other factors.The pursuit of one of the objectives of the realization and often trade-off,poor to cope with other objectives of the control,resulting in the remaining goals seriously beyond the expected plan,it is difficult to grasp the overall goal of the balance between the three goals.How to realize the effective management of the duration,cost and quality objectives of the relay chain network plan to make the whole of reconciliation become the focus of research and the urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,a collaborative optimization model of time,cost and quality of relay chain network planning is constructed.The difference between the relay chain network and the traditional network plan graphs causes subtle changes in the relationship between the sub-targets in the relay chain network.This paper first compares the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional multi-objective optimization methods.Secondly,it points out the genetic algorithm Advantages and applicability to multi-objective optimization problems.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the duration of the relay chain relay and the introduction of the relay cost,the characteristics of the relay chain network and the basic relationship between the duration of the process chain,the duration of the process,the duration of the process and the cost are discussed.The multi-objective cooperative optimization model of relay chain network planning management duration,cost,quality and synergistic effect is constructed,and the multi-objective genetic algorithm is described in the process of constructing the multi-objective genetic algorithm.The mathematical model of the specific solution process.Finally,based on an example,this paper uses a computer program to solve an engineering project model,and obtains the corresponding multi-objective optimization solution set of the decision maker in different preferences,so as to analyze and verify the feasibility of the model.On the basis of summarizing the full text,the paper expounds the deficiencies of the model,and puts forward some aspects to be improved.
