With the development of "The Belt And Road Initiative" and China-Africa economic and trade cooperation,Africa plays an important role on the international capacity cooperation trump card which is lead by China.According to the latest data which from the ministry of commerce shows that Tanzanian have more than 500 Chinese-funded enterprises,more than 400 are private enterprises and the proportion is up to 80%.The amount of employees more than 150,000 in Chinese-funded enterprises.However,In the process of invest in Africa,labor conflicts which including large-scale strikes and violence are frequently in Chinese-funded enterprises.Labor disputes has become an important barrier during Chinese enterprises invest in Africa,and has negative reputation effects on Chinese enterprises.Nevertheless,domestic and foreign scholar's research lack scientific and objective quantitative research on the labor relations of Chinese-funded enterprises in Tanzania.At present,there is no final conclusion of the reasons why labor relations are tense and how to construct harmonious labor relations.This article discusses the influencing factors of harmonious labor relations of Chinese private enterprises in Tanzanian.Firstly,through the reference carding of African labor relations research at home and abroad,found that the literatures of labor relations management of Chinese enterprises in African are lack.The domestic research just mentioned problems of labor relations when they study of labor law in Africa or Africa union movement,and puts forward some Suggestions briefly.So,the systematic and scientific of domestic research of African labor relations are lack.The main reason of the tensions in labor relations are caused by the cultural differences,unreasonable compensation system,weak negotiation ability of the enterprises,trade unions and the bad work environment based on the foreign related research.However,the sample data of research is not mainly come from Chinese enterprises in Africa.In order to study the current situation of the labor relations in Chinese private enterprises systematically and scientifically,The author went to the Chinese private enterprises in Tanzania to get the first-hand information through field research,questionnaire and interview.Secondly,using SPSS to analyze the reliability and validity of the collected data,and ensure the reliability of the questionnaire and investigation work.In the meantime,this research using AMOS social statistical software for quantitative analysis because there is relationship between the variables of degree of harmonious labor relations.The results has shown that compensation system,trade union organization,and working environment are the main causes of labor disputes,and we found the root cause is cultural differences.Finally,the article analysis and summarized the labor disputes and disharmonious factors of labor relations in Chinese private enterprises based on the empirical analysis results and the interview resources.Reveals the essence reason of labor conflicts and clarify the direction of efforts the work mentality which lead to harmonious labor relationship in Chinese-funded enterprises.In order to construct harmonious labor relations in Chinese enterprises,we need to identify and respect cultural differences,carry out intercultural communication training,design a reasonable compensation system,enhance enterprise negotiation ability and improve the working environment.At the same time,Chinese private enterprises can mitigate labor disputes and adverse effects by fulfilling their social responsibilities,strengthening corporate with public relations and public opinion guidance.In short,this paper through the analysis of present situation of labor relations and empirical research of influence factors in Chinese-funded enterprises in Tanzania,discuss and provide a new management ideas of harmonious labor relations through the cross-cultural perspective in Chinese private enterprises.
