An Empirical Research On The Network Organizational Efficiency Of The Geographical Chamber Of Commerce

This paper is based on the previous study of the mechanism of the Chamber of Commerce,from the perspective of geopolitical relations,and discuss geographical chamber of commerce deeply—a typical network of organizations,trying to explain how the geopolitical relationship affects the operational efficiency of the Chamber of Commerce.In this paper,firstly,through a large number of theoretical analysis,we can get the hypothesis that geographical relationship through establishing the relationship commitment between the members of the chamber of Commerce and the stability of cooperation promotes the operation efficiency of the network organization,and establish the related conceptual model.We conducted a questionnaire survey on the geo-chambers of commerce and we validated and analyzed the proposed model by descriptive analysis,data test and multiple regression analysis.Through the empirical study,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)Relationship commitment have direct effects on stable collaboration;(2)Cooperation stability effects directly on the efficiency of network organization of chamber of Commerce;(3)Relationship commitment promotes cooperation stability,then acts on the efficiency of network organization of chamber of Commerce;(4)Geographical relations among the relationship commitment and stable collaboration performance between the presence positive regulation.The main innovation of this paper is: Based on the “Five Human Relationships” theory of oriental management,from the perspective of geopolitical relations,combined with the theory of social capital and network organization to study the geographical governance of the Chamber of Commerce,broaden the thinking and scope of the study of the network organization and fill a theoretical gap on the governance of chambers of commerce.This study explores the mechanisms of geo-chambers' weaving and maintaining relationships,which will help geo-chambers understand their value and competitive advantage,thereby fostering a better position in an increasingly competitive chamber of commerce,and for enterprises,also has some implications for enterprises(entrepreneurs)to participate in the strategy selection of such organizations.
