Research On Budget Management About Real Estate Project Of Y Company’s Industrial Park

Now, the competition of the market has been more and more intense, the competition among enterprises is already not only the product competition , but the diversified competition in all aspects, and the strength of the management mode also pulled the level of enterprise management. In recent Years, our country has taken some measures to restrain excessive growth in house prices, and strengthen the macro-economic control in real estate industry. To achieve a kind of healthy sustainable development, it’s vital for real estate industry to adapt to the changes in policy and market, and promote the level of financial management.Y Company, as the largest and the most influential real estate enterprise in XX city,with the diffused development strategy in all parts of the country, this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis and research on budget management system of Y Company. Research of this paper is divided into five parts, the level of the specific content as follows: the first part, the research background, purpose and significance of this article, introduces the idea,content, research methods and the innovation of this article; In the second part, the paper mainly introduces the content and function of budget management in the industry park through the characteristics of the management of the real estate project. The third part, to Y Company Industrial Park project as an example, introduce Y Company Industrial Park real estate project budget management present situation, and from the current situation, this paper expounds the problems existing in the budget management, and analyzes the causes of these problems. The fourth part, combining the characteristics of the industrial park property industry and the relevant theory of budget management, organization structure, respectively from the budget target, budget establishment and budget implementation, assessment and incentive mechanism five aspects, the industrial park of Y company property refactor the project budget management system. The fifth part, exploring the security measures that ensure the effective function of Y company’s budget management system from the perspectives of Y company’s internal environment,information systems.
