Study On Express Enterprises Network Layout Optimization In Harbin City

With the rapid development of China's economy, as an important branch of logistics,Express has become a new industry which has enormous market potential. As the process of economic globalization is accelerating, express enterprise is facing not only rare opportunities for development, but also fierce competition in the market, which requires them constantly improve in order to meet market demand, and to avoid being eliminated from the competition.The express network layout is becoming the focus of competition among express enterprises.The fact that the network layout planning is reasonable or not not only affect the delivery of enterprise enterprises efficiency and operational mode,but also influence the enterprises'competitiveness, and has significance for the future of the companies. Therefore it has certain theoretical and practical significance to study the optimization of express corporate network layout.Based on the definition and characteristics of the express, this paper analyzed current express market demand patterns and related species in Harbin city, and put forward the main current problems in express enterprises. In terms of the delivery network layout and the nature of the express enterprises, this paper came up with the factors affecting the urban network layout, and discussed the urban network layout optimization method. Then this paper evaluated and analyzed business outlets of express business using data envelopment analysis,and improved network quality by adjusting the input elements, using analytic hierarchy establish new hub for the express business. Then use dynamic programming method to decide the best route of express.At last this paper took A express business network layout in Harbin city as an example, verified the optimization method validation by comparing the effectiveness of related data. After optimization,express companies have increased the number of hub, reduced service radius, and improved operational quality, significantly improved network layout. At last this paper proposes suggestions and strategies about the future healthy development of express enterprises in Harbin city.
