| At present the country attaches importance to the informatization construction, the "triple play" has been incorporated into the national development strategies. The "triple play" refers to the TV network, telephone network and Internet network fusion, and it could carry out voice, data and video services at the same terminal. The "triple play" has entered the promo-tion stage. Daqing Oil-field Communication Company, the largest communication network operators in China, has realized the unified management of voice, data and cable television network. This paper, with the strategic management analysis methods and tools, through the analysis of the company strategy model , develops the functional strategy and proposes the measures.Firstly,this paper introduces the research status at home and abroad of the "triple play"and enterprise strategy theory. Secondly, this paper introduces the status and management problems of Daqing Oil-field Communication Company, introduces the concept, background and significance of the "triple play", analyzes the macro environment and competitive environment of Communications Company. This paper uses to SWOT to analysis strengths,weakness, opportunities and threats of Daqing oil-field Communication Company, to form analysis of strategic combination, and should be taken the growth strategy. Thirdly, this paper points out the guiding thought and target of Communication Company under the "triple play",develops the functional strategy. Finally, this paper proposes the measures of Communication Company.The strategy research of Daqing Oil-field Communication Company plays an important reference role, and refers to other communication operators’ play. |
