Research On The Establishment Of Knowledge Management System Of A Institute

This dissertation aims to establish a knowledge management system for A institute, including the overall framework and implementation plan. As a consequence, the competitiveness of A institute could be improved via the knowledge management system. Based on the acquisition,integration, absorption and application of knowledge process framework of knowledge management,this disseration designed the knowledge management system of A institute among two components:the base system and security system, wherein the base system comprises a knowledge management platform,knowledge base, knowledge communities and experts library,knowledge maps,knowledge management. While security system includes knowledge management organizational system, knowledge management institutional system, knowledge management standards system,knowledge management assessment and evaluation system, knowledge management training system. In addition, this dissertation also proposed the implementation plan for A institute knowledge management system, including the including knowledge management development stages and objectives, implementation schedule, development priorities of knowledge management in the different stages of implementation.By studying the knowledge management system of A institute, each department can widen access to knowledge within the Institute. In addtion, the system can promote the store, transfer and sharing of knowledgement within the institute, which can improve the knowledge application and innovation capability for the research staff management personnel. The knowledge system not only has important theoretical and practical significance to improve the development progress and quality of the gas turbine products, enhancing the core competitiveness of the institute, but also can promote the whole entire gas turbine industry to better adapt to the rapid development of the knowledge-based economy requirements and improve the overall level of knowledge management.
