Research On Funds Management Issue During Transformation And Development Period Of ZS Group

Enterprise group is an important part in China's current economic structure system.However,affected by the changes in economic environment at home and abroad,the business modes of some enterprise groups cannot adapt to the current development environment,especially those dominated by manufacturing industry as the main business,struggle under the troubles of rising costs,inadequate research and development capacities and other problems.In order to maintain survival and development,these enterprise groups have to make transformation and development in diversified operation.As everyone knows,the funds are the blood of an enterprise,and can provide energy for the sustainable operation and development of the enterprise.As one of the core tasks in the enterprise group management,fund management must be adjusted and optimized closely following the transformation goal of the group to escort for the transformation and development of the enterprise group.This paper firstly summarizes and generalizes the relevant domestic and overseas researches on the transformation of manufacturing industry and the group fund and expounds the relevant theoretical basis.By analyzing the status of China's manufacturing industry,this paper introduces the motivation of transformation and development of ZS Group setting manufacturing industry as the main business and its current situation,and summarizes the characteristics and concrete measures of its transformation and development.By analyzing the current situation of ZS Group's fund management,this paper introduces the development background of the fund management of ZS Group,summarizes that the current fund management is characterized by fund decentralization,low utilization efficiency,frequent settlement and weak investment and financing capacities.Finally,deeply combining the current situation and characteristics of ZS Group's transformation and fund management and through analysis,it is found that ZS Group's transformation and development brought problems to its fund management in six aspects: incomplete organizational structure,insufficient functions of the fund management mode,imperfect budget management,deficient risk management ability,backward information system construction of fund management and scarce professional talents.Through the close combination of the relevant theories and the current situation of the ZS Group,based on the financial management problems brought by the transformation and development,a fund management optimization scheme is designed for ZS Group in the transformation and development period.Firstly,build a fund management system under the guidance of the strategic objectives of the group and put forward some concrete measures for completing organizational structure;later,build a new mode of fund management of “multi-level clearing center + finance company”,give concrete measures for strengthening all key links of budget management system;put forward improving fund risk management efficiency from three aspects of risk countermeasures,risk responsibility positioning and risk awareness;emphasize that relevant functional modules need to perfected for construction of informatization platform,and propose a suggestion for building a financial sharing center;finally,strengthen staff training,put forward attracting talents through equity incentive and partner system,and strengthen talent mechanism construction.It is hoped that through the optimization of ZS Group's fund management problem,it will be able to inspire the fund management of enterprise groups which are in their transformation and development period in China.
