The Construction Of The Quality House Model Of Tourist Traffic Service

Since the 21 st century in our country,the tourism has a rapid progress,the development of tourism and its infrastructure construction,tourism transportation is a necessary link in tourism infrastructure construction,the development of tourism plays a very important role.With the improvement of the living standard of the consumers,the quality of the tourist service is getting higher and higher,and the quality of the tourist traffic service has always been one of the focuses of the tourists.In recent years,the tourism transportation infrastructure construction constantly improved,but no corresponding to improve its service quality.To rail transport,for example,hard-seat compartments as a result of the volume of people,often produce noisy environment,poor sanitation,poor air quality and so on.Again,taxi drivers sometimes for profit purposes there will be cheating,detours and other acts,these practices to the tourist destination of the image caused serious damage.With the development of tourism,the quality of tourism traffic service has become the focus of tourism traffic.Therefore,to improve the quality of tourism transportation service is a key problem to be solved urgently.The House of Quality is a tool for improving the quality of an entity proposed by the Japanese quality management experts Shigeru Mizuno and Yoji Akao.Is a process of converting customer requirements into enterprise service standards.In this paper,the House of Quality method is applied to improve the quality of tourism traffic services,and to Lanzhou to Dunhuang tourism train as the observation point,in practice,the tourists voice recognition,can be more thorough analys is of tourism transportation services,More effectively enhance the tourist transport service level.Firstly,this paper combs the domestic and foreign research status of relevant theories,and explains the problems to be studied in this paper.Secondly,on the basis of the characteristics of the quality of tourism traffic service,following the idea of "theoretical foundation-model construction-example application",the quality of tourism transportation service quality is constructed.Thirdly,according to the model of tourism traffic quality house built in this paper,a case study was carried out.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the tourists from Lanzhou to Dunhuang.The data were constructed and the model of service quality was constructed.The key quality control points of Lanzhou to Dunhuang travel train service quality are calculated.Finally,some improvement suggestions are put forward for these key quality control points.The research results of this paper are as follows : the House of Quality is a scientific and effective method for the improvement of the quality of tourism traffic service;the correlation matrix can improve the objectivity and scientific ity of decision-making by using structural equation coefficients;Point,with the practice of the theory of operational feasibility.The application of quality house tools in this paper provides a new research way for the future study of tourism traffic service quality.
