Communication is one of the power factors of social development.With the rapid growth of the global economic integration,the communication between different countries,regions are deepening,so communication is the main channel of social information flow.Communications industry advanced level to a certain extent also reflects the country's social and economic development level.As a major strategic resources and production factors,the important role of communication have also been for an unprecedented attention.Especially with Internet + strategy is put forward,the communication of the important role for enterprise development also unprecedented recognition for the society.Now almost the majority of enterprises have access to the Internet,office automation system have been introduced in some enterprises.With the enlargement of the scope of business,the enterprise is becoming more and more high to the requirement of internal coordination office.The original file transfer and information release function cannot meet the needs of enterprises to exchange information,the remote video communication system with two-way communication function is brought to the attention of the enterprise,its application range is also growing.Remote video communication system can through the combination of hardware and software,the realization of remote two-way video communication.This feature can effectively reduce the travel expenses of enterprises,improve the operational efficiency of enterprises.In the remote video communication system,intelligence really occupies an important position in the video communication system.This system is based on the hardware with bidirectional high-definition audio and video signal communication system,mainly for enterprise customers.This system after years of development,level of resolution can reach full HD video terminal,good user experience.Smart and high definition video conferencing system,as a high-end application products of video communication system,In theory can be used by all types of customers in any industry,so it has a broad market prospect.Due to the industry profit space,H company chose smart and high definition video conferencing system as featured product of H company.However,in China's domestic market,Smart and high definition video conferencing industry,on the whole,is just coming into the high-speed growth period after market development phase,for this particular market,each manufacturer are exploring marketing methods,so how to win orders for the company in the fierce competition market,and expand market share,to survive and develop is the focus of this study.So,in this thesis,H company is chosen as the research object,through the analysis of the development of the company's macro environment and industry analysis of the competition,customer demand for its possible for the overview,through to the redwood information technology companies to define the target market,the analysis of the advantages disadvantages,based on the 4PS theory,determine the marketing strategy of the company can expand,including channel strategy,price,product and promotion.As a result,through the effective implementation of these policies,H company survive successfully in the domestic market,and sales performance improved significantly in this industry.
