Cement and its products are the indispensable basic materials of national economic development,construction and production,and it is of vital importance to improve people's living standards.There is no other materials that can take the place of it at present.Therefore,the consumption of cement has become one of the important measures of national economy and comprehensive economic strength of a country or a region.Along with China's booming economy and steady acceleration of urbanization,production technology and scale of its cement industry have developed at a very high speed.Over the past two decades,China's cement throughput has consistently ranked the first place in the world.Nevertheless,the rapid economic growth of cement industry has caused excess capacity;the implementation of prudent monetary policy and the adjustment on real estate market have added more pressure on capital and market demand;due to the high degree of product homogeneity and fierce market competition,more and more rate wars have broken out.For the cement enterprises,only when they adapt to external changes of the environment,focus on discovering and making use of their resources and advantages especially looking for effective ways of lowering production cost can they form their core competence and gain competitive edge of sustainable development.HW cement plant is located in H Province,is a H Province as the main target market of medium-sized cement production enterprises,the main products for the cement and clinker,including ordinary portland cement and composite Portland cement.As a medium-sized cement enterprises,in order to stand out in the fierce market competition,we must have a good business strategy,opportunity and challenge are coexisting,in such fierce competition,HW cement how to improve its own management method,especially the low cost market competition strategy will allow the development road of enterprise in the future go better.Therefore,this paper will HW cement plant at low cost management strategy as the research subject is has very profound significance.The research purpose of this thesis is to HW cement factory management strategy research.Firstly,from the development process and the development status of the present stage of our country cement industry of,through the macro environment of the development of the cement industry,the industrial policy,domestic and international competition environment for the overall analysis,and of the cement industry at home and abroad on the evolution of the market and long-term trend of development for a reasonable prediction.Subsequently on the basis of this study,the internal status of HW cement company were detailed analysis,clear the strengths and weakness of the enterprise in the competition has,for enterprises in the future course of development,adjust measures to local conditions,foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses to find appropriate to provide a basis for their own development goals and strategies.Finally,the thesis puts forward the HW cement company at this stage of the business strategy and implementation measures,the purpose is to make the HW cement company in the fierce market competition environment,the rational allocation of internal resources,to maintain and enhance the competitive advantage,realize the enterprise's sustainable development.
