Research On Process Management Of Social Service Project For Retirees In Nanning

China has gradually entered the aged society,how to do the management work of retired personnel especially retirees social service management is the priority among priorities,is to ensure that the retirees "sense of security","old age","has" an important guarantee,is an important content of building a harmonious society under the new situation.Nanning City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as an important window and ASEAN,do the retiree socialization management service,to maintain local harmony and stability,strengthen the social security degree has a special significance.This paper first introduces the current retirees of Nanning city community service project implementation in the start,end,and each stage-of the situation,put forward the project in the different stages of the problem of case interviews and field research theory,combining the method of literature analysis.The starting stage is not wide enough,the service efficiency is not high enough in the implementation phase,the sustainable development of the end stage is monitored,and the optimization measures and positive suggestions are put forward in view of the problems existing in each stage.In the start-up stage,improve the policy deficiencies,implementation phase,improve the degree of information use,end stage,increase social awareness and financial input This article aims to combine the theory of project management knowledge with the actual situation of social service projects in Nanning,and bring more ideas for the future of social service for retirees in Nanning.
