In 2008 the financial crisis has brought on the global economy.In order to recover the development of economy,countries around the world begain to seek new economic growth point.Therefore governments pay attention to Emerging Industries seriously.Affected by financial crisis,the economic development of our country glides down gradually.Because of unreasonable industrial structure,traditional industry has not meet the needs of the economic sustainable and healthy development.Therefore,in 2011 the Chinese government put forward cultivating and developping strategic emerging industries.At the same time,in recent years private placement,in the most conventional means of equity refinancing of listed companies in China,has surpassed the IPO and became the largest way of financing in our capital market financing.But,academics and investors are paying attention to what will impact consider for the company's operating performance.Therefore,this paper studies the relationship between the private placement and strategic emerging industries corporate performance.This paper studies the relationship between the private placement and strategic emerging industries listed companies performance of strategic emerging industries in Yangtze river delta.Base on the theory and development status quo content,this paper attempts to comninning private placement and quantify of performance.In the impact on business performance issues by directional mechanism on the basis of theanalysis of and under the guidance of related principles,this paper built a index system that private placement impact on business performance measurement,and used the factor analysis method to analysis the directional issuance of strategic emerging industries in Yangtze river delta.And then through the T test,analysising of the purchase of strategic emerging industries in Yangtze river delta,and then frome the individual difference analysis,it is concluded that the influence of the individual level.Finally on the basis of the above theoretical and empirical,this paper put forward relevant policy suggestions from several different aspects.At present,private placement is in rapid development phase.Throught researching the changes of the public company performance after implementing private placement,rational choice for public companies financing way,rational involved in private placement investors,regulators in China improve the regulation of private placement,and promote the healthy development of China's capital market has a certain reference significance.
