Reliable Requirements Elicitation For Cloud-accounting AIS Consider The Financial Staff's Preference

In the coming era of big data,provides a richer source of data for corporate financial work,and the accounting information system(Accounting Information System,hereinafter referred to as AIS)has also been updated thus enhance the enterprise's financial efficiency.Big data brings more accurate and rich accounting data for financial work,it also challenges the traditional accounting information system.Highly open and flexible cloud environment needs to improve the security of cloud accounting vendors,when cloud accounting vendors sell cloud accounting products to companies of different sizes,need to understand the needs of enterprise users for cloud accounting AIS,in order to provide a more efficient and scientific cloud accounting products.This paper summarizes the relevant research of cloud accounting,AIS trusted attributes,dynamic requirements acquisition and other fields at home and abroad,to provide a solid theoretical basis for subsequent case studies.In the first place,when analyzing the demand for cloud accounting products for A vendors,this paper analyzes the requirement acquisition of A company from the two perspective of cloud accounting vendors and business users,Clear the problems in the process of requirements elicitation for A vendors.In the next place,refer to the relevant requirements of the user B company for cloud accounting products,building a dynamic model for AIS trusted demand dynamic acquisition,the construction of the model takes into account the existing cloud accounting product module of A company and the scale of B company.On this basis,the paper puts forward the steps and methods of dynamic requirements acquisition.With the help of the Markov model,establishes the AIS demand mapping,Based on the above,analyzes the evolution of AIS demand for the users of B company.In the end,Analyzing the whole process of A vendor's cloud accounting AIS trusted demand dynamic acquisition,consider the B company's financial staff's preference for AIS adequately,put forward a complete implementation of the requirements elicitation.Research on the dynamic acquisition of AIS demand of cloud accounting,can provide the basis for the custom of cloud accounting products,based on the demand of enterprise financial personnel,develop the function module of accounting information system to improve the efficiency of enterprise financial work.The combination of dynamic requirements acquisition and cloud accounting AIS trusted demand attributes,can dynamically reflect the relationship between the various modules of the cloud accounting AIS and different sizes,industry enterprises,so as to provide a new perspective for the development of accounting information system.
