The 21st century is the century of quality! Along with the social division of labor is more and more thin,more and more in all walks of life,professional level is higher and higher,the quality of the product relative to the last century has improved a lot,in general,a business processing a product can’t be all steps from raw materials to finished products alone,usually in the form of cooperation by many companies to collaborate.In addition,the advanced mode of production,such as just-in-time production,the wide application of intelligent manufacturing,zero inventory,make business relationship with suppliers and by a simple change to the mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation relationship between buying and selling.L company is a German manufacturer of sunroof for the majority of China’s OEMs to provide supporting services.As the Chinese auto market is booming,the company is facing increasing competition pressure,how to improve product quality,reduce costs,improve competitive advantage and better serve OEMs and consumers in the face of huge pressure.Most of the parts are outsourcing form,the supplier’s quality control work is particularly important,and become the management of L company continue to think about the topic.This paper first introduces the ISO/TS16949:2009 standard and the quality theory related to the automobile industry.Secondly,it analyzes the status quo of the quality control of the current supplier of L Company,from the human resources and organizational structure of L Company,the requirement of potential supplier audit,Development process,mass production project quality control and supplier development.The paper analyzes and summarizes the existing problems and analyzes the existing problems.At last,the problems and the weak links of L Company are analyzed,According to the quality of theoretical knowledge and practical work experience,proposed to improvement action. |
