Innovation played an important role for economic growth and the development of enterprisesis for it's the main source of knowledge creation and technology diffusion,whether it's from the world level,national level or micro firm-level perspective.In order to survive in competition and keep sustainable development,the enterprise must depend more on technological innovation to enhance the core competition ability,and to acquire the new point of profit growth.Innovation has becomed the decisive factor of enteprrices and national competitiveness instead of resources.Innovation is a complex process,needs organizations to invest a lot of time and energy and need the entire organization,so the role of leadership is very important,it can be said that the leader is the fundamental guiding force behind innovation.the leader shows his effective through his leadership style.Leadership style and innovation is regarded as the most important factor in many factors that influence the success of the enterprise."People" is one of the important factors of organizational innovation team,since the organization is a certain the size of the whole,so the communication problems exist.Good communication helps the team culture construction and team members to improve morale;good communication management not only reflects the management personnel in organization management and coordination ability,but also reflects the perfect organizational system and healthy organization culture.On the contrary,poor communication harms the team,including interpersonal relationships,team morale,team performance,and communication satisfaction is also the carrier of leadership style,therefore,the text included communication satisfaction into the research category as an intermediary variable.Through the review and summary of past literature I found that there are a great many of the information about individual research studies or pairwise correlational research studies of the leadership style,communication satisfaction.In the previous study,it has more research on the leadership and innovation performance,the existing research that transformational leadership has a positive impact on organizational innovation performance the basic conclusion,scholars agree,but about the transformational leadership style of new type of electronic commerce enterprise have what kind of impact on organizational innovation performance,there is no scholars have done research in this area,and about the influence of transactional leadership style on organizational innovation performance is great controversy and disagreement.In view of related research about the relationship between leadership style and communication satisfaction is relatively small,the leadership style of e-commerce enterprises,research on the relationship between communication satisfaction and innovation performance among the three is even more scarce.What is relationship between the three,and how the mechanism of action of concrete,is the focus of this paper studied and discussed.The study object of this paper is electronic commerce enterprise represented by Alibaba and Jingdong,e-commerce enterprise itself is a product of the information age that needs higher innovation,if you want to stay competitive,sustainable development,innovation must be attached importance to the organization.This study will be divided into the leadership style of transformational leadership and transactional leadership two class,and transformational leadership is divided into transformational leadership charm of the leader,charisma,intellectual stimulation and personalized care in four dimensions,and transactional leadership is divided into contingent reward,exception management and laissez faire three dimensions of freedom.At the same time,the introduction of communication satisfaction as a mediator to explore the influence of Leadership Innovation Performance Mechanism On the basis of the existing literature,this paper puts forward the theoretical hypothesis of the relationship among leadership style,communication satisfaction and organizational innovation performance.This article through the questionnaire survey,employees for e-commerce interviews and statistical analysis combined with the concept of the hypotheses,the empirical analysis,it is verified that:Overall,the global model configuration is acceptable test standard,the theoretical framework of this study table shows available research support.Results:First:there are significant differences among different personal attributes of leadership style,communication satisfaction and innovation performanceSecond:transformational leadership and transactional leadership have positive effects on communication satisfaction,Third:transformational leadership and transactional leadership style has significant positive effect on innovation performance,the four dimensions of transformational leadership style(charm of leader,charisma,intellectual stimulation,personalized care)have a positive effect on innovation performance,including management of transactional leadership,conditional reward has positive influence on organization innovation performance,but indulge in this dimension of freedom on organizational innovation performance is a negative impact.Fourth:communication satisfaction has a positive impact on organizational innovation performance,the development prospect of the communication atmosphere,organizational communication satisfaction,parallel and informal communication,communication media quality uplink,has a positive effect on innovation performance,but individual feedback effect on innovation performance is not significant.Fifth:communication satisfaction has mediating effect on organizational innovation performance in the transformational leadership style,communication satisfaction has mediating effect on organizational innovation performance in transactional leadership style.Therefore,the most assumption are verified just the hypothesis of H1,H3b-3,H4f are not validated.Compared the research results in this paper with the existing research,finally,on the basis of empirical results,we obtain the enlightenment that has certain reference value for the enterprise.In the electronic commerce enterprise,enterprise leaders enhance organizational innovation performance through the use of transformational and transactional style style contingent;at the same time,enterprice leader attaches great importance to the enterprise internal communication problems and they improve the innovation performance of the organization by improving the communication satisfaction,The research also has many limitations,such as investigation object,a trend of getting younger over the serious,mostly grass-roots staff,because of the particularity of e-commerce enterprises,respondents generally high cultural background,which leads the results of the reliability based on difference of the analysis variables such as gender,age,cultural background,is not high.
