| Facing the trend of aging in China is increasingly severe and increasing of pension service requirements,whether family care or social pension can not meet the huge demand for pension in China at present,and the pension community insurance companies as a new pension model can make up for the above two kinds of pension mode,reduce the social pension pressure.Therefore,based on the background of the current development status of the pension community in our country,the investigation of consumers from the perspective of factors analysis of Beijing city residents to purchase insurance and pension community consumption will influence,and then according to the results of the survey were analyzed and summarized,put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the problem,can provide a reference for study on insurance company building community endowment and related issues.The survey is carried out from three aspects: first,to investigate the impact of consumer’s basic information on the purchase intention of the community insurance.The two is to investigate the extent to which consumers understand the pension community and the way and willingness to stay in the community.The three is to investigat e the price and concern of consumers to buy community insurance,providing a reference for the future of the insurance company to build the community,the design of old-age insurance products.The respondents were mainly residents of Beijing,the respondents were over 18 years of age.According to the results of the investigation results and regression analysis,the factors influencing consumers’ purchase of pension insurance of the community include age,family income,education level,marital status,living persons,social type,geographic location and community pension service facilities provided.Finally,according to the analysis results and the status quo of the development of our country’s pension community,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects of the policy,the insurance company and the consumer. |
