Research On The Internal Auditing Of A Group Co.,Ltd

China's internal audit has been thirty years of history;internal audit is also among them.Internal audit is in progress,and has entered a stage of rapid development.As of 2015,the number of internal auditors reached 200 thousand.The internal audit department has been gradually valued by the managers of the enterprise,and has gradually become an important part of the enterprise.Therefore,it is of great practical value to carry out internal audit case study.In this paper,a large enterprise as the research object,through the comparison with the advanced internal audit system at home and abroad,will be analyzed and discussed the problems in the practice of internal audit.A group internal audit in the practice of financial audit,economic responsibility audit,internal control audit and economic contract audit.Internal audit activities,can improve the efficiency of internal control,and improve the accuracy of financial processing and compliance,which has made important contributions for the company's business.But the A group internal audit still has many weak points,such as internal audit institutions only think highly of the financial audit,which is difficult to meet the needs of enterprise development;the internal audit department staff shortage and lack of experience also limits the audit function;internal audit departments without penalty functions,which lead to lack of supervision of the implementation of audit opinions.The above problems have seriously hindered the A group internal audit department functions to give a full play.Through the comparison with foreignadvancedinternal audit system,I will analysis A group's internal audit problems and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to these problems.
