The globalization of world economy, promoted the rise of the port economy, the port logistics industry development of good opportunities.Port also gradually from the traditional goods transportation and loading and unloading function expansion for comprehensive logistics service system, and form a cluster port environment. With the evolution of the port competition environment, the competition between adjacent port gradually turned into the competition between ports group, but because of the lack of theory and experience of the development of the port group, the port group of overall development level is not high in China, competition ability is not strong, many prob-lems exist, such as unclear orientation of the port, the lack of overall planning;Port structure homogeneity, resource competition;Hinterland of overlapping,transporta-tion network is imperfect and the port group of lack of hinterland and lingang indus-trial attraction ability to wait for a phenomenon. In order to the sustainable development of the port group, improve the compre-hensive competitiveness of port group to deal with more fierce competition environ-ment,in the value of each port competitiveness at the same time also should pay at-tention to in the same group collaboration of the port.If port group internal lack of co-ordination,even if every port competitiveness is very strong, but the port group of overall competitiveness also will not achieve the effect of the combination, the oppo-site may be compromised. In view of the collaborative play a key role to the promo-tion of port group of competitiveness,in this paper, the interaction within the group of port and decision was studied, port group of internal collaborative competition theory is put forward.Within the group of ports from simple competition into a mode of col-laborative competition is inevitable trend, through the port group of internal coopera-tion,common development in competition against external port group, realize win-win common goals within the group of ports.Future port group of internal com-petition is mutual promotion and common development between port driver,coopera-tion has become a mainstream development direction,in the same group of port co-operation strategy more attractive than competition strategy, adopts the model of col-laborative competition to avoid the vicious competition between each other, reduce duplication of construction, port construction to reduce costs, improve the utilization rate of resources, enhance comprehensive competitiveness of port group.Competition and cooperation is the inevitable trend for the future development of the port, the port only, between the maximum play to the overall competitiveness,in order to attract more customers.Group based on consulting a large number of ports and their competitiveness on the basis of the research literature, from the unique perspective of collaborative com-petition,consider the port cooperation effort, cost, and the relationship between the through put, using game theory to port group of internal competition has carried on the analysis and research, based on profit maximization as the goal of collaborative effort mechanism model, through example demonstrates the beijing-tianjin-hebei port group of cooperative game is by far the most suitable port group of internal relations strategy, based on the evolutionary game model by single group, analyzes the stability of collaborative competition and the influence of the overall competitiveness of the port group,in view of the status quo and the development of port group of last ques-tion has carried on the empirical analysis, and achieve collaborative bei-jing-tianjin-hebei ports competition put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
