| As a the emerging industry in the ear of the Internet,the car-hailing services is also an innovative products can not be ignored,which has changed the public travel pattern.With the development of economy and technology,people’s needs and requirements of going out are also rising,and an increasing number of people see the car-hailing services as a choice of transportation.How to grasp the demand for cars and how to stimulate or reduce the demand during the operation will affect the economic efficiency of enterprises and the development of traffic industry.The demand for the car is affected by the complicated factors of the various aspects.Therefore,the analysis of the affecting factors of the demand is the prerequisite for the more scientific operational decision and strategy of the business operators.It is also the coordination of the market balance between supply and demand,and the optimization of the allocation of resources,and an effective means to improve operational efficiency.In this paper,combining with relevant scholars’ research and practical operational data sets,the operational data is analyzed from multiple perspectives,and factors in three aspects of objective condition,experience and price are found.Rainfall,somatosensory temperature,weekends and festivals as the measure of the objective factor.The response time,the time of the picking up and the average distance between passengers and drivers as the measure of the experiential factor.The number of used vouchers and the average discount as the measure of the price factor.Then,the affecting factors model of demand is established.In particular,the rainfall is divided into six levels:no rain,little rain,middle rain,heavy rain,torrential rain,bad rain.The somatosensory temperature is divided into six level:very cold,cold,comfortable,hot,very hot,super hot.They are used as sequence variables(virtual variables)in the model.Then,the multivariate linear regression method was used in SPSS20.0 to evaluate,validate and optimize the affecting factors model of demand,and obtain the modified model.Finally,the conclusion of this research is summarized and the corresponding operational strategies and suggestions are put forward.The combinations of quantitative and qualitative research methods,theoretical and empirical research methods are used in this paper,which are valuable theoretically and practically,and provide reference for the operation and specification of the new mode of taxi services industry. |
