Research On The Opening-up Strategy Of The Financial Service Industry In The Central Business District Of Beijing

On May 21 st,2015,the State Council issued a document named “The official reply of the integrated and pilot overall plan on Beijing's service industry with the aim of a wider opening to the outside”,(National Letter [2015],No.81),in which agreed to carry out the comprehensive experiment on achieving a wider opening in the service industry of Beijing.With the background of global economic adjustments,China's economy entering into “the new normal”,the developing of “One Belt One Road” strategy,the coordinated development of Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei and the accelerating internationalization process of RMB,the wider opening of the financial service industry in the central business district(CBD)of Beijing benefits the building of the basic framework,linking with the international rules,of a wider opening in the service industry.Moreover,it's conducive for us to explore the construction experience on how to promote the opening process of financial service industry.Besides,it can also provide reference for the CBD of other places on the opening process of financial service industry.In this paper,the main content is divided into several parts as follows: the first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background,the significance of topic selection,the research achievements till now achieved by domestic and foreign scholars,research methods and structure arrangement.The second chapter expounds the theoretical basis of the opening process of financial service industry in Beijing's CBD by using strategic theory,competitive advantage theory and VRIO analytic framework.The third chapter mainly analyzes the opening-up status quo and the existing problems of Beijing financial service industry.Focusing on previous analysis,the fourth chapter puts forward the international experiences of well-known CBD all over the world,offers strategic options on accelerating the opening-up process on a macro level.The fifth chapter is mainly empirical analysis about the opening-up trend of financial service industry in Beijing CBD.The conclusion shows that the opening-up process is stepping forward gradually in recent ten years from 2006 to 2015,which laid solid foundation for the future opening process.The sixth chapter firstly puts forward the openingup strategic choices based on the combing of the conception of the opening system of Beijing CBD,then based on the analytic framework of opening objective,developing fixation,opening direction,opening thinking and developing planning,this chapter reviews and summarizes the opening-up strategies of the financial service industry of Beijing CBD.The last chapter puts forward policy suggestions for the opening of the Beijing CBD financial service industry with the aim of offering reference to other areas.
