| The automobile industry has the characteristics of high correlation degree,wide coverage and strong driving ability.The automobile industry as the traditional advantage and leading industry of Tianjin,has formed a complete automotive industry chain and become an important R&D base of automobile and parts manufacturing in North China.But compared with other auto industry province(city)in Tianjin,the development of the Tianjin automobile industry is still relatively slow,there is a certain distance in sales revenue and market share in 2015.It is not compatible with the level of top five in all the provinces and cities’GDP economic development.So it is imperative to accelerate the development of Tianjin automobile industry and improve the overall competitiveness of the city’s auto industry.This paper first reviewed the development phase of Tianjin automobile industry,then with the SWOT model from the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges,we analyzed the development situation of Tianjin automotive industry in qualitative analysis on the basis of comparative advantage theory,competitive advantage theory and value chain theory.Then use DEA to analyze the efficiency of Tianjin automobile industry,build the evaluation index and model of the automobile industry’s competitiveness,use the principal component analysis method to compare Tianjin with other province(city)’s automobile industry horizontally,take an empirical analysis on the competitiveness of Tianjin automobile industry.Finally respectively put forward the suggestions from six respects include enhancing the overall efficiency of Tianjin automobile industry,strengthening scientific and technological innovation,promoting the group training of beijing-tianjin-hebei automobile group,strengthening the policy support,strengthening talent training,integrating all resources.The research results have a certain reference value for improving the efficiency and competitiveness of Tianjin automobile industry. |
