Performance Appraisal On Social-Integration-based Rural Reconstruction In Jilin Province

Jilin Province,being as a major agricultural province in China,is a province where the rural construction and social development are both quite significant.This paper makes an evaluation on the villages in Jilin Province from the view of social integration.The research covered in this paper is based on the survey of 239 villages in Jilin Province.With 5-year's survey in the villages and countrysides,the research team has mastered large amounts of first-hand information,which highly guarantees the smooth implementation of the study.When working on this paper,the writer has made several additional surveys on the typical villages and countrysides.In this way,all the data and information used in this paper are fully ensured to be detailed,accurate and reliable.Relying on the carrier of villages in Jilin Province,multiple-source data,GIS,statistical analysis and other technological measures,the research,targeting to have innovation in performance appraisal in rural construction,studies the social integration existed in rural construction in Jilin according to the current situation of spatial variation suffered by rural society in Jilin Province.What's more,on the basis of data obtained by a 5-year survey,typical villages located in central Jilin,Eastern Jilin and Western Jilin are selected,where deep analysis and additional surveys are done.For the angle of the study,it follows the main clue---social integration and it mainly analyzes the social spatial variation happening in rural construction in Jilin;then,social areas in Jilin are divided.Then different areas are provided with different analysis and researches;by sorting out the data obtained by 5-year field survey in villages,it concludes the current situation of social integration being experienced by rural construction in Jilin,it analyzes the existing problems and the response relationship among social space,economy,geography and ecology in different areas.The research aims to have a performance appraisal on the rural construction made in different districts in Jilin Province.By setting up index system for construction performance appraisal,the achievements of rural construction in different districts will be quantified.Therefore,rational suggestions will be provided for the construction and planning in rural construction.Unlike the previous index system,the construction performance appraisal index defines the weight of five dimensions by a nalytic hierarchy process,including spatial performance,ecological performance,economical performance,facility performance and social performance.Then by principal component analysis,each index is provided with quantitative comparison.Such a method makes an innovation---a comprehensive performance appraisal by us ing multiple-data and multiple quantitative methods.In this way,feasible and rational suggestions for rural construction in Jilin Province can be proposed.
