Customer's default payment is the most serious risk faced by S Company Services.Since the reform and opening up,China's market economy system is booming,accompanied by,there have been many enterprises to pay the adverse phenomenon of default.S since the nineties of last century began to carry out business in the Chinese market,in the accumulation of a good brand image at the same time,but also has been troubled by customer default payments.In particular,the customer service department,because of its wide geographical distribution,behavior preferences and other characteristics,is always S company management ills.In today's world,competition in the business environment is becoming increasingly fierce,and customers are no longer just the product itself,they are more concerned about the transfer to the product support services.Service business of the department,because of its high profit characteristics,the S company is essential,increase the service products is also an important part of the company's strategic transformation.So now,how to identify whether the customer is excellent,whether it has become the potential of the company's target customers,how to predict the service customer's default payment probability,has become a problem in front of the management company S,how to scientifically measure and effectively predict Service customers default payments are already in business transformation process can not avoid the obstacles.This paper hopes to analyze and solve the problem of customer default payment in a more scientific,verifiable way and model analysis method.The logistic model is often used as an effective analytical tool to study the relationship between qualitative variables and their influencing factors.It has been widely used in economics,psychology,sociology,and other fields.Therefore,this paper chooses logistic The model analyzes and predicts the default payment probability of S Company service customers.The generalized default payment behavior is affected by many factors.As an empirical study,this paper analyzes the internal defaults of customers in S company.There are only two kinds of dependent variables,namely,default or non-default This is a binary discrete selection variable:select and do not select,ie 0-1 type dependent variable.In this paper,when the value of the variable is 1,it indicates that the customer has committed the default payment.When the variable is 0,it indicates that the customer is paying normally.After the completion of the four thousand samples,this paper first proposed nine research assumptions:the size of enterprises and the number of employees and corporate default negative correlation,whether the enterprise is a clear relationship between foreign investment and corporate default is not clear,business registration and corporate default relationship is not It is clear that the level of education of employees is negatively related to default.The relationship between profitability and corporate default is not clear.The relevant payment personnel have a negative correlation with the default payment.The relevant payment personnel are negatively correlated with default.Monthly accounts payable and negative payments are negatively related,corporate fixed assets and negative payments are negatively correlated.After the regression analysis was performed by SSPS software,the results confirm the proposed assumptions.Through the analysis of this paper,S company should be in the future should be consistent with the actual business of multiple aspects of the customer's business default risk of the risk of forecasting,in the early stages of contact with customers,we must determine the service department customers breach of contract probability,in particular,Taking into account the size of the firm's business,the nature of the enterprise,the number of years of serving employees,the educational background,the profitability of the enterprises,the average monthly accounts payable,the credit status and other factors.Which the history of credit records are good,the financial sector staff is highly educated,the financial sector staff turnover rate can be used as a judge to determine the level of default payment of the basic conditions,and corporate profitability,the total value of fixed assets,the average monthly accounts payable And whether the nature of the business as a foreign firm as a judge whether the default probability of the specific scale.Paste is the historical credit situation,whether the customer will be in the future the impact of a serious breach of contract,S company should be in its specific business contacts is the focus of consideration.
