Research On Asset Securitization Of Financial Leasing Companies In China

Financing lease,as a kind of innovative financial forms,with manufacturing industry upgrading,investment growth,can bring money to enterprises.In recent years,as the legal,regulatory,tax and accounting of macro environment is increasingly perfect.Financial leasing companies continuously strengthen their internal control construction,improve the level of risk control,so the business scale has realized the leap type growth.In the meantime,the industry expanding rapidly means money demand,but the single financing channel,high cost,capital term mismatch a series of factors which restrict its healthy development.Therefore,to explore an effective channels of funding sources,become a task of top priority to accelerate the development of financing leasing.In 2014,the CBRC puts forward,financial leasing companies to raise funds can consult the credit assets securitization;The same year,the CSRC will also rent based assets within the scope of basic assets.This not only means that asset securitization into a new situation,also provide new opportunity to financing lease companies.Many companies began to actively explore the path of the leased asset securitization.Therefore,this article research on asset securitization financing lease companies in China has important practical significance.This paper first reviews the theories,and analysis current situation of financial leasing companies of our country.Through concluded various channels of capital sources and analyzing the cause of the finance predicament,discovered many advantages of the leased asset securitization mode.Secondly,analysis the release situation of leasing securitization,and discussed the questions in the construction process.Selected Yuan Dong and Jiao Yin Leasing company as the example to analyzes and evaluates.Finally,discusses the pattern design of the leased asset securitization process.and analyzes the possible risks and risk manageement in the process of operation.This paper argues that the leased asset securitization financing model have obvious advantages,can bring long-term,low cost,low risk fund for leasing companies,optimize the balance sheet.Therefore,select and design suitable mode for their own characteristics,and Chinese laws,can help financial leasing companies to get enough money.
