Research On Questions Of Private Equity Financing In The QJ Company

All along,the enterprises in the development has financing needs and there are many kinds of financing methods.However,such as bank loans and a series of traditional methods of financing has been unable to meet the needs of enterprise funds.For example,the method of bank loans has high threshold,collateral requirements,the need to pay interest,short-term loans and are subject to quota restrictions and other defects,which will seriously impede the development of enterprises.Simply put,private equity financing is a way of financing through the transfer of shares and access to funds by private way.Private equity financing is a very simple and effective way of financing for many businesses.Because when the company get money by private equity financing way,they can not only obtain the fund they need,but also access to a range of value-added services,such as professional management experience,promotion of recognition in the industry,and so listed.Private equity financing is a double-edged sword,although it can provide enterprises with opportunities and services,but the development time of private equity funds in China is relatively short unlike the foreign private equity market has accumulated a considerable part of the experience,and domestic enterprises are still impercipient on this financing method,so if the enterprises proceed private equity financing without consideration can easily lead to a number of potential risks.At the same time,the development of private equity financing in China is not mature enough.In the prepared work in front of the financing,investment and management stage,withdrawal link,there are still a lot of problems.No matter which link goes wrong,it may lead to the failure of private equity financing.So the analyze the problems existing in China's private equity financing,has a very important significance at present.This study adopts literature review and case analysis method.I summarized the problems and causes of QJ company in the process of private equity financing on the base of summing up the theory of private equity financing.Finally,I raised corresponding suggestions aiming at the problems proposed.I hope to provide some reference for the domestic private equity market through the study and analysis of the paper.
